Legends Platinum Owner (LPO) Program

Legends Platinum Owner (LPO) is the premium AtGames membership for our most dedicated owners. It provides benefits including upgraded warranty extension from our standard 90 days to (1) full year of coverage of all hardware and accessories purchased from the AtGames E-Store. In addition, users can enjoy complimentary access to exclusive content and services.

For the thousands of you who have been enjoying LPO Membership and providing us feedback since we launched the LPO program in Feb 2022, we want to say, “Thank You”!

We are continuously improving and adding upgraded benefits to LPO Program to expand LPO members’ Legends gaming fun.

LPO Membership Benefits 

One Year Extended Warranty

PREMIUM WARRANTY COVERAGE: 

• LPO membership term started before June 21, 2023: Any hardware purchased from the AtGames E-Store during their active LPO period gets 1-year warranty starting from the date of hardware purchase.
• LPO membership term starts after June 21, 2023: the LPO’s 1-year warranty term and policy will be in sync with the LegendsCare™ 1-year Extend Warranty Plan. The 1-year warranty covers any of your Legends hardware products purchased from AtGames E-Store or authorized US retailers after the date of the LPO Membership’s purchase/activation. It does not retroactively cover the products previously purchased.

Digital Content Gift 

• FREE GIFT: Starting from July 24, 2023, LPO Members have been receiving one (1) free quarterly $25 value code to be used toward the purchase of selected one (1) Legends HD Universal Pinball or Game Pack of the LPO Member’s choice on our AtGames E-Store HERE. Now LPO Members may use the received LPO quarterly $25 value code toward the purchase of a selected Legends HD Universal Pinball Pack, Game Pack (eligible packs include Activision, Zaccaria, and Renovation). Does not apply to Zen Studios’, Dr. Seuss™, Gottlieb, Taito, and Natural History packs.

  • The code is good for the purchase directly from our E-Store and toward the purchase of a selected Legends HD Universal/Game Pack (eligible packs include Activision, Zaccaria, and Renovation). Does not apply to Zen Studios’, Dr. Seuss™, Gottlieb, Taito, and Natural History packs.
  • Once the code has been issued, the code is active and MUST be used within 3 months. If the code has expired, a new code will NOT be offered and the code will be considered forfeited.
  • You MUST be logged in to your E-Store account that is tied to your LPO membership for the code to work and be usable.
  • The code can be used ONLY once.
  • The expiration date of the code will be addressed in the sent email. If the code is not used within the valid time frame, it will no longer be active.
  • If the code is not used within the valid time frame, a new code will NOT be issued.
  • It is NOT possible to save your quarterly $25 codes and stack them on one purchase or toward a more expensive pack.

Free Access to ArcadeNet® HD Standard Paid Subscription Service

• FREE access to ArcadeNet® HD Standard paid subscription service. Note: ArcadeNet® supports only Legends HD devices and is not compatible with the Legends 4K™ devices.

Shopping Benefits

• NEW & LPO EXCLUSIVE: Starting March 31, 2023, a new dedicated LPO Lounge™ page on E-Store offering exclusive deals to LPO members. This new benefit replaces the Monthly Deals in 2022.

 Expanded Device-Sharing (Starts January 1, 2023)

• Up to 10 Legends devices can be added to the device-sharing list to a Legends HD Pinball Pack.
• Up to 10 Legends devices can be added to the device-sharing list to ArcadeNet paid subscription service.

Important Updates:

1. The LPO’s 1-year warranty term and policy will be in sync with the LegendsCare™ 1-year Extend Warranty Plan. However, the current existing LPO members are still granted with all the current LPO warranty policy/benefits as those are our commitment to you when you purchased or received the LPO membership. We will run through it till your LPO warranty term is up. Only new LPO members apply the updated warranty rules below starting from the date of the LegendsCare™ launch on June 21, 2023.
2. The changes reflect in the LPO’s warranty term, and also multiple LPO memberships will not be stackable moving forward. The rest of LPO benefits including free gift packs, free access to ArcadeNet, LPO exclusive deals, and Expanded Device-Sharing, etc. remain unchanged.

How to Know My LPO Status

• Your LPO status can be found in your My Digital Locker (MDL) on your Legends devices as well as in the email starting from December 1, 2022.
• If you have two or more LPO memberships that are “stacked”, you will see both/all of them in the MDL. We will also send you a copy of the certificate in email to you.
• If you are a valid LPO member but cannot find your LPO Membership in your My Digital Locker, please contact CS HERE.
